Bilal Zafar is the co-founder and CEO of 10xEngineers, a semiconductor design & verification services company, with a strong focus on RISC-V. We partner with some of the leading ASIC and RISC-V IP design companies to help accelerate their time-to-market through team augmentation. As a strategic and development partner of RISC-V International, we contribute to the specification definition and adoption. Previously, Bilal worked as Principal Engineer at Qualcomm. He holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Muhammad Kamran is a Compiler Engineer at 10xEngineers, working on the LLVM backend for RISC-V. He’s exploring frameworks for lowering ML models to RISC-V hardware and is actively involved in the RISC-V International’s Graphics and ML Special Interest Group.
